Designed for vocalists, speakers, and working professionals, this high-level experience integrates vocal technique, performance coaching, and leadership training. The focus is on advancing craft while building a sustainable career—with a rounded approach to the whole professional, both on and off the stage.

Loren Benn is an accomplished performer, educator, and creative leader with over 20 years of industry experience. She is an Associate Professor at Berklee College of Music, where she co-chairs the Vocal Audition Committee and teaches across jazz, R&B, pop, and contemporary Christian styles.

She serves as Director of Training and Development for the International Artists League Boston, managing a roster of 400+ musicians and leading initiatives around equitable pay and career sustainability. As Treasurer of the Boston Jazz Foundation, she oversees financial strategy for the Charles River Jazz Festival and has developed a financial literacy program tailored to working artists.

Her performance credits include CNN, The Blue Note New York, Kelly Clarkson Live, and the Lions Club International Convention. Loren is known for blending artistic excellence with strategic leadership across every space she enters.
