Loren Benn-Nelson is a passionate vocalist, educator, TEDx speaker, and advocate whose work bridges music, education, business, and personal development.

As an Associate Professor at Berklee College of Music, Loren teaches contemporary music genres while emphasizing financial literacy and career sustainability for artists.

She serves as Director of Training and Development for the International Artists League Boston and as Director of Education at the Boston Jazz Foundation, where she developed a financial literacy program for musicians.

Loren is also the Founder of Benn & Company, a music management consulting agency dedicated to empowering women in the music industry. She is the creator of the Micro-Talents™ framework, a movement that challenges traditional ideas of talent and helps individuals recognize the often-overlooked strengths that create meaningful impact in their communities, workplaces, and everyday lives.
